Key Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and inspect structural components and systems for both new and existing structures in adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Create detailed structural engineering plans and drawings using both traditional blueprints and digital software.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and project managers to ensure structural design feasibility and integration.

Provide guidance and expertise on structural-related matters to internal teams, contractors, and third parties as required.

Evaluate the strength, stability, and rigidity of structures and components to ensure safety, quality, and sustainability.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring the delivery of first-class energy solutions to our clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering or a master’s degree or higher will be advantageous.

A professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering with a proven track record in delivering projects from conception to completion.

Proficient in the use of structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs.

Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and structural engineering standards.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively

Superior communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to a variety of audiences.

A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
