Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Coordinate and manage project teams and third-party contractors or consultants.

Monitor project progress, identifying any issues that may arise and implementing effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations throughout construction.

Prepare and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in project management software tools.

PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
