Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily field operations and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in drilling, production, and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations in all operations.
Evaluate operational efficiency and implement measures to enhance productivity.
Troubleshoot operational issues and develop effective solutions.
Conduct employee training to ensure understanding of safety protocols and job requirements.
Prepare and present regular reports on field operations to management.
Liaise with other supervisors and managers to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role in the oil and gas industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of oil and gas operations, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in high-stake situations.
Proficiency in field operation software and tools.
