Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of offshore projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are in sync.
Regularly review progress, manage risks, and oversee quality control throughout project life cycles.
Foster a safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that arise.
Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Significant experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the offshore oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and handle stressful situations.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
PMP or other project management certification is advantageous.
